THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 7 day of January, 2009, by and between Team Pineapple, hereinafter referred to as "Agent," and The Applicant , hereinafter referred to as "Recruit,"


IN CONSIDERATION of the search for a contract for Recruit and the promises, mutual covenants, terms and conditions contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Agent agrees to perform a diligent search for a contract for the Recruit for the term of one (1) year. Recruit agrees to pay a one-time application fee of $100.00 to be included with this Application and Agreement.

Upon Recruit signing a contract with any team, the Recruit will pay a one time fee of five percent (5%) of the total contract amount to Agent within thirty (30) days after Recruit's first payment on the contract. If Recruit fails to pay Agent fee, Recruit shall be liable for all attorney's fees and collection costs associated with collecting the fee.
